Ingredients...
1/2 pint double cream..
1oz castor sugar..
2oz macaroon biscuits...
Almond essence...
Drambuie liqueur to taste..
1oz flaked Almonds..
Method..cream should be whipped until its stiff and the sugar added to your own preference.Crush the macaroon biscuits and mix well with cream..Add a few drops of almond essence and Drambuie liqueur {or good Whisky} to taste.
Serve well chilled as a luxury dessert.

...note you can substitute the macroon biscuits with almond flavoured biscuits .....
